the metro station is super close and makes getting around easy. the first room was too noisy from trains.

great location but room cleanliness needs improvement

The breakfast offered delicious and fresh options, starting early enough for our early flights. The staff proved to be friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed adjustments on our invoices. the hotel had a quiet ambiance, making it easy to focus on work when needed. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary beverages in the lobby. they were a nice touch that added to the welcoming feel of the place.

had a lovely stay! the hotel is super modern and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazin with lots of options, and the coffee & water in the lobby was a nice touch. also, the train station is just across the street, so it made explorin copenhagen easy. the room was nice and comfy, perfect for chillin after sports.

but the noise from the metro was kinda annoying at night, and the room could've been cleaned a bit better before i got there.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness in our room. There was dust everywhere, and the table wasn't even wiped down from the previous guests. the noise from the metro station kept us awake. as light sleepers, we found it unbearable despite trying to use white noise.

the hotel is so close to Bella Center metro station, making it super easy to hop on and explore various parts of the city. You can reach beautiful parks like Kalvebod Faelled in just about 15 minutes on foot, perfect for a morning stroll before heading out for the day.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated the early breakfast start. the noise from the metro was quite distracting during the night. Would return for sure!

I had a lovely time at Ibis Styles. The room was nicely decorated, modern, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for great sleep every night. Proximity to the Bella Center metro station was a huge plus. just a quick walk, and I was on my way to explore. There were also rental bikes available directly at the hotel, which made sightseeing super easy. I appreciated the free hot beverages in the lobby, a nice touch after a day out. My only issues were the inconsistent cleanliness—there were some hairs left in the bathroom—and the water pressure in the shower could be better.

I had the best experience with the staff! Luke was a true gem! He was so knowledgeable and friendly, took his time to share recommendations on where to go and what to see. The daily freshening up of the room was just excellent! Each time I entered, it felt like a fresh start. Also the café latte in the lobby? Pure bliss!

It was a little pricey, but considering the service and comfort, well worth it.
